My user experience goal is to create functionality that disappears into design.

User experience design is something that challenges me, grows me, and helps me refocus my lens on how humans think and work. I love moving through problems from start to finish:

1. Start by empathizing with users on a deep level to fully comprehend their challenges and current processes.
2. Research, and consider how end users will be interacting with a product and how we can be fully inclusive while doing it.
3. Create designs which are natural and enjoyable to use.
4. Deliver fine tuned high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes which feel like the real thing.
5. Complete usability testing and data analysis to ensure we met the mark.

I work to consider every aspect of the experience, from the first time they see a product, to long after they’ve closed the app.
